Contribute to the strategic design of customer-facing user experiences across Super Technologies' retail presence, encompassing self-service betting terminals (SSBTs), in-shop TV displays, mobile applications, and print materials.

Develop and refine internal tools utilized by Super Technologies' retail staff, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and ease of use in dynamic shop settings.

Produce meticulously organized and clean design files, strictly adhering to established design systems and Super Technologies' visual identity guidelines.

Conceptualize and design individual screens and user flows, meticulously exploring various solutions, and critically evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of each approach.

Actively participate in the design review process by sharing work frequently and early to solicit feedback, and integrating constructive input promptly.

Support quality assurance (QA) efforts by reviewing implemented designs and identifying potential issues, in collaboration with senior designers and engineering teams.

Cultivate a deep understanding of retail customers and staff users, thoroughly comprehending their context, environment, and specific needs to inform and enhance design decisions.

Consistently leverage AI tools to augment everyday design tasks, including research synthesis, generating copy variations, and facilitating ideation, thereby developing a proficient and responsible AI-assisted design workflow.
