  • Conduct independent user research, including planning studies, running interviews, and translating findings into actionable design improvements and strategic product direction.

  • Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to rapidly iterate on designs, validate solutions with users, and ensure seamless integration into the development pipeline.

  • Evolve and maintain the company's design system to facilitate agentic product development, from rapid prototyping to production-ready, code-aligned components.

  • Conceptualize and design innovative, AI-native features, staying abreast of emerging AI trends and best practices from leading AI products.

  • Contribute to raising the overall design quality and craft within the team, serving as a mentor and learning resource for colleagues.
