๐Ÿš€ Role Summary

  • Drive strategic organizational design initiatives and programs for HCSC divisions and subdivisions, focusing on impactful organizational effectiveness interventions.

  • Partner with senior organizational design leaders to deliver on large-scale, complex organizational design projects, ensuring alignment with HCSC's strategic objectives.

  • Provide consultative oversight and guidance to assigned Organizational Design projects, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and leaders across various departments to spearhead significant organizational change.

  • Contribute to the enterprise-wide development, embedment, and rollout of standardized Organizational Design methodologies, tools, and templates, fostering a consistent approach to OE.

  • Evaluate and diagnose current organizational states, identifying critical design needs to enable strategic transformation in structure, strategy, and staffing models.

Application Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess at least 5 years of experience in organizational design, process re-engineering, or human resources. Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills are required to effectively guide initiatives and collaborate with diverse teams.
