🚀 Role Summary

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 Product Designers focused on the Prevention domain, fostering autonomy and ensuring design quality.

  • Drive the User Experience (UX) vision and strategy for Padoa's core prevention tools: Eva (chemical risk assessment), Noa (professional risk assessment and DUERP generation), and the Client Portal.

  • Conduct in-depth user research to gather insights, test prototypes, and inform design decisions with concrete data.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Business teams to align user experience with strategic roadmaps and market needs in workplace health and safety.

Application Requirements

The ideal candidate has significant experience in product design, specifically within complex SaaS and B2B environments. Proficiency in Figma and a strong ability to lead teams and translate complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces are essential.
