🚀 Role Summary

  • Lead and evolve the User Experience (UX) and Product Design organization for a leading B2B SaaS platform, driving product strategy and execution.

  • Spearhead the design and development of AI-driven products, with a focus on agentic experiences, human-AI collaboration, and ethical AI principles.

  • Partner closely with CPO and Engineering leadership to align UX vision with business objectives, influencing roadmap and accelerating product momentum.

  • Drive adoption, retention, differentiation, and revenue through strategic UX decisions and a deep understanding of customer needs.

  • Represent Nexthink externally, articulating product vision and design philosophy to customers, partners, and at industry events.
