- Foster a culture of quality, efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the design studio.
- Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to throughput, turnaround time, and quality.

- Review and approve all design deliverables to ensure strict adherence to Milliman's brand guidelines, templates, and visual identity standards.
- Identify and proactively address recurring quality issues through targeted coaching, process refinement, and template updates.
