📈 Primary Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation & Needs Assessment:

    • Engage with walk-in clientele to understand their unique design challenges, lifestyle requirements, and aesthetic preferences.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments, asking probing questions to uncover project scope, budget, and desired outcomes for interior spaces.
    • Educate clients on the breadth of RH services, including in-home consultations, space planning, and custom design solutions.
  • Sales & Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and nurture a robust client base through personalized follow-up, exclusive previews, and ongoing engagement.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across RH's extensive product catalog, from furniture to lighting and accessories.
    • Develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase design concepts and product selections tailored to individual client needs.
  • Design Collaboration & Execution:

    • Partner effectively with the RH Interior Design team, providing detailed client briefs and design feedback.
    • Facilitate the seamless integration of client feedback into design plans and product specifications.
    • Oversee the order process, ensuring accuracy in product selection, customization options, and delivery scheduling.
  • Performance & Fiscal Achievement:

    • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas and gallery revenue targets.
    • Track client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline development using CRM tools.
    • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for proactive sales strategies.
  • Brand Representation & Industry Engagement:

    • Embody the RH lifestyle brand through impeccable personal presentation, professional demeanor, and articulate communication.
