📈 Primary Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, develop, and present innovative and culturally relevant creative visions that resonate with target consumers and push the boundaries of traditional marketing strategies.

  • Lead, energize, and manage a high-performing team of designers with diverse skillsets, as well as external design resources and partners, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment.

  • Influence a broad range of internal and external stakeholders through creative vision and strategic mindset, playing a key role in elevating brand creative direction and contributing to overall growth strategy.

  • Serve as the primary expert on design and culture within the team, staying abreast of industry developments, competitor strategies, and emerging cultural phenomena to maintain brand relevance.

  • Collaborate closely with brand design, marketing, commercial, Division, PR, and other key stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of creative concepts across the entire portfolio, maintaining cohesive brand narratives.

  • Manage assigned project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring creative solutions are developed within financial constraints and optimizing resource allocation for project success.

  • Track and measure the success of creative initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as PR impact, consumer engagement, earned media, and sales performance, providing detailed reports on collaboration and partnership effectiveness.

Application Requirements
