๐ Primary Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple major or complex UX projects, ensuring high-quality, repeatable results through a formalized UX research and design process.

Build, coach, and develop a high-performing UX team, including managing team leads and senior designers, fostering their professional growth and career progression.

Partner closely with senior business leaders, product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to collaboratively ideate, design, and implement innovative solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, proactively influencing product strategy and design direction by "shifting left" in the development lifecycle.

Utilize metrics and data to inform decision-making, collaborating with technology partners to ensure the implementation of necessary tracking and reporting capabilities.

Create comprehensive UX deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and conduct various forms of testing to validate and refine design decisions.
