๐Ÿ“ˆ Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple major or complex UX projects, ensuring high-quality, repeatable results through a formalized UX research and design process.

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing UX team, including managing team leads and senior designers, fostering their professional growth and career progression.

  • Partner closely with senior business leaders, product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to collaboratively ideate, design, and implement innovative solutions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, proactively influencing product strategy and design direction by "shifting left" in the development lifecycle.

  • Utilize metrics and data to inform decision-making, collaborating with technology partners to ensure the implementation of necessary tracking and reporting capabilities.

  • Create comprehensive UX deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and conduct various forms of testing to validate and refine design decisions.
