๐ Primary Responsibilities

Drive product strategy and conceptualize ecosystem-level UX for XR devices and AI-augmented experiences, ensuring a cohesive and user-centric approach.

Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, guiding their career growth, performance management, and individual OKR development.

Influence stakeholders across Engineering, Product Management, and other functions to gain buy-in and support for design strategies and initiatives.
