📈 Primary Responsibilities

• BIM Workflow Oversight: Oversee advanced Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflows, establishing and enforcing strict clash-detection protocols to ensure a "first-time-right," zero-defect site build for data center facilities.

• Interface Management: Facilitate rigorous interface management meetings, effectively balancing local regulatory compliance with stringent international client design standards, such as Uptime Institute Tier III/IV.

• Technical Documentation: Ensure all design documentation is accurate, compliant with local regulations, and meets the rigorous standards of tier-1 global technology clients.

• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify design-related risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
