📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, checking, and submittal of alignment sheets, property plats, detailed construction drawings, site-specific exhibits, and permit drawings, ensuring adherence to client specifications and project manager directives.

• Conduct thorough quality assurance and quality control checks on all finished deliverables, collaborating closely with the Project Manager and/or Survey & Mapping Manager to maintain high standards.

• Oversee deed plotting and boundary rectification processes, liaising with Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) to ensure accuracy and compliance with land systems.

• Perform and coordinate rigorous checking of drawing packages and other project deliverables to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors before submission.

• Provide timely and accurate progress reporting and forecasting to stakeholders, highlighting potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
