๐ Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the development, checking, and submittal of alignment sheets, property plats, detailed construction drawings, site-specific exhibits, and permit drawings, ensuring adherence to client specifications and project manager directives.

Conduct thorough quality assurance and quality control checks on all finished deliverables, collaborating closely with the Project Manager and/or Survey & Mapping Manager to maintain high standards.

Manage and coordinate a remote team of drafters and survey data technicians, providing guidance, setting priorities, and ensuring efficient workflow management.

Oversee deed plotting and boundary rectification processes, liaising with Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) to ensure accuracy and compliance with land systems.

Perform and coordinate rigorous checking of drawing packages and other project deliverables to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors before submission.

Provide timely and accurate progress reporting and forecasting to stakeholders, highlighting potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.

Application Requirements
Candidates must have at least 12 years of experience in mapping and pipeline design, specifically with natural gas projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS systems, and a strong understanding of the PLSS land system are required.
