π Primary Responsibilities

Create and deliver high-quality graphic and communication design solutions across print and digital channels, including newsletters, benefit statements, booklets, websites, email campaigns, videos, and posters.

Translate client objectives and complex pension scheme information into compelling communication concepts and visually engaging designs tailored for diverse audiences.

Lead the end-to-end design delivery process for member communications, from initial concept development through to final production and distribution.

Develop and maintain standardized communication templates, design guidelines, and best-practice tools to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency.

Support client onboarding initiatives and major change projects, such as scheme transitions, GMP rectification, and pensions dashboard implementations, through effective visual communication.

Utilize engagement data, user feedback, and analytics to iterate on and continuously improve the effectiveness and impact of communication materials.
