π Primary Responsibilities

Develop and produce usable, accessible, and inclusive content for public-facing and internal services, applications, and websites, ensuring alignment with WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.

Design and implement content strategies that effectively meet identified user needs, informed by user research findings, analytics data, and stakeholder input.

Collaborate within multidisciplinary Agile teams to solve problems, challenge assumptions, and deliver user-centred digital products and services.

Actively participate in and contribute to user research activities, including reviewing discussion guides and analyzing research findings to inform content creation.
