Contribute hands-on to UX activities such as wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and user research when necessary.

Own the recruitment, onboarding, and resource allocation processes for the UX team.

Proven experience in designing for complex software and/or hardware interfaces, ideally within regulated industries such as healthcare, medtech, or similar.
