๐ Primary Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to identify user needs and pain points within the financial services domain.

Translate complex business requirements and user insights into intuitive and effective user interface designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for enterprise platforms.

Develop and maintain detailed user journey maps, process flows, and information architecture for intricate financial workflows, ensuring clarity and efficiency.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Analysts to define project scope, requirements, and design specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle, advocating for user needs and ensuring design solutions meet stakeholder expectations.

Support the creation of business cases by providing design rationale and demonstrating the potential impact of proposed UX solutions on operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Create operational and process design documentation that clearly outlines how UX solutions will be implemented and integrated into existing systems and workflows.

Assist in change management activities by developing traceability matrices and supporting user adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation and embedding of new designs.
