• Spearhead end-to-end digital product design, from initial concept and visual design to interactive prototyping and technical documentation for developer handoff.

• Lead the creation, maintenance, and evolution of scalable Design Systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across multiple digital products.

• Actively participate in client-facing consultations, effectively articulating design choices, presenting compelling rationales, and incorporating valuable client feedback.

• Champion inclusive design principles by applying usability and accessibility standards (WCAG) and translating UX research insights into user-friendly interfaces.

• Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools from the outset of the creative process to accelerate ideation, explore innovative solutions, and rapidly develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).

📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand design systems, including component libraries, style guides, and reusable assets to ensure brand consistency and design scalability.

• Collaborate closely with Service Designers, UX Designers, Researchers, and UX Writers to deliver cohesive and user-centric product solutions.

• Present design concepts, user flows, and prototypes to internal stakeholders and clients, clearly articulating design decisions and gathering constructive feedback.

• Integrate user research findings and usability testing results into the design process to create intuitive, accessible, and effective user interfaces that adhere to WCAG guidelines.
