  • Drive the strategic development and ongoing enhancement of HSBC's investment wealth product shelf, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with forward-looking market outlooks.

  • Support the Wealth Sales Process & Journey team and the Wealth Platform team in defining and optimizing customer journeys for various target demographics, considering their unique needs and preferences.

  • Product Shelf Management & Optimization:

    • Continuously assess and update the investment wealth product shelf by collaborating with CIO teams, product owners, and third-party manufacturers to integrate innovative solutions.
    • Ensure product offerings are competitive, meet regulatory requirements, and align with current market trends and economic outlooks.
    • Define product lifecycle management strategies, including product rationalization and new product introduction processes.
  • Commercialization & Sales Enablement:

    • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales support materials, including sales scripts, talking points, and kits, to equip relationship managers and sales staff.
    • Create compelling product value propositions and marketing collateral that highlight key benefits and competitive advantages.
