• Conduct post-development UX reviews to verify compliance with UX design Framework guidelines and accept development results based on UX design requirements.

• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving internal processes, guidelines, and methodologies, such as PDP and the UX Design System.

• Lead and execute internal UX design initiatives from inception to completion, driving innovation and process maturation.

• Manage and contribute to UX research delivery as outlined in the UX research framework, in collaboration with dedicated UX Researchers.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for UX design within cross-functional Product Domain teams, sharing knowledge and advocating for user-centered design principles.

• Plan and manage UX deliverables in alignment with the Adform Product Development Process.
