📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and execute user-centred design across the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and research to delivery and iteration.

• Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to gather actionable customer insights and inform design decisions.

• Develop user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that translate complex user needs into intuitive solutions.

• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define product requirements, validate design concepts, and ensure successful feature implementation within an Agile framework.

• Advocate for and implement accessibility standards, usability principles, and interaction design best practices to enhance product quality and user satisfaction.
