Define and champion the long-term user experience vision for the Workiva Platform, ensuring alignment with product strategy, architectural roadmaps, and overarching business objectives.

Spearhead the design of cutting-edge AI-powered user experiences, encompassing generative interfaces, intelligent automation, personalized recommendations, and advanced decision-support workflows.

Conduct deep analysis and redesign of existing enterprise workflows to create more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly interactions across complex use cases.

Strategically design "human-in-the-loop" interactions within AI-enabled workflows, ensuring appropriate human oversight, review, and decision-making points are seamlessly integrated with clarity and trust.

Tackle complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems by synthesizing research findings, product insights, data analytics, and technical constraints into scalable, user-centric solutions.
