📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Apply market research, trend analysis, and consumer insights to conceptualize and develop innovative new footwear designs for the Teva brand.

• Create detailed illustrations, technical drawings, and specifications for new designs, ensuring accuracy in concept, materials, and development requirements.

• Prepare and present design projects clearly and compellingly to cross-functional stakeholders, articulating design vision and rationale.

• Execute and manage comprehensive tech/design packages, ensuring adherence to digital template guidelines and product specifications.

• Collaborate closely with development and engineering teams throughout the product creation process to ensure design integrity and manufacturability.

• Consult with development and engineering teams to ensure designs meet target pricing goals and integrate 3D design capabilities into the workflow.

• Travel internationally to factory partners at key development cycles to oversee production and collaborate on design execution.

• Mentor and support other design team members, and represent Teva by presenting products and design processes at internal meetings, trade shows, and media events.
