π Primary Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end visual and UX design for complex website projects, from initial discovery through to launch, establishing a clear design direction and guiding clients and internal teams toward confident, data-informed decisions.

Develop accessible, user-centered design solutions, including detailed wireframes, intuitive user flows, high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems to ensure long-term visual consistency and maintainability.

Present and confidently defend design work to a diverse range of stakeholders, clearly articulating design thinking, connecting it to user needs and business objectives, and effectively incorporating feedback while preserving design integrity.

Plan and facilitate discovery workshops, translating client research and user insights into actionable UX deliverables such as sitemaps, comprehensive user journeys, and detailed personas.

Collaborate closely with Content Strategists, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure design solutions are cohesive, technically feasible, and accurately implemented, including conducting design reviews during the development phase.

Represent Kanopi's Creative Services in client pitches and throughout the sales process, contributing to winning new business through compelling design thinking and persuasive presentations.
