Communicate with clarity and conviction, translating complex customer, design, and business challenges into a compelling direction that inspires teams and drives action.

Navigate ambiguity and remove obstacles, demonstrating resilience and maintaining momentum when priorities shift or the path forward is unclear.

Define and execute NAVEX's AI-enabled UX strategy, accelerating research, prototyping, and delivery while maintaining a human-centered design core.

Champion a prototype-first product development model using interactive prototypes to align teams earlier, accelerate decision-making, reduce risk, and improve product quality and delivery.

Act as the voice of the customer, translating research and customer insights into product strategy, prioritization, and measurable business outcomes.

5+ years leading leaders, building high-performing teams, and developing design talent through growth, change, and transformation. Required Skills:
