  • Influence Product, Engineering, and executive leaders to align on shared priorities, investment decisions, and actionable strategies.

  • Communicate with clarity and conviction, translating complex customer, design, and business challenges into a compelling direction that inspires teams and drives action.

  • Navigate ambiguity and remove obstacles, demonstrating resilience and maintaining momentum when priorities shift or the path forward is unclear.

  • Define and execute NAVEX's AI-enabled UX strategy, accelerating research, prototyping, and delivery while maintaining a human-centered design core.

  • Champion a prototype-first product development model using interactive prototypes to align teams earlier, accelerate decision-making, reduce risk, and improve product quality and delivery.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, translating research and customer insights into product strategy, prioritization, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Lead design operations, building scalable design systems, research practices, governance, and accessibility standards to enable quality and speed.

  • Set the standard for design excellence by establishing clear principles, governance, and quality frameworks that deliver intuitive, accessible, and exceptional experiences.

  • 10+ years leading Product Design or UX within high-growth SaaS organizations, with experience shaping platform-scale experiences and transforming and scaling enterprise design organizations.

  • 5+ years leading leaders, building high-performing teams, and developing design talent through growth, change, and transformation. Required Skills:

  • UX Strategy & Vision: Ability to define and champion a global enterprise UX vision and AI-enabled UX strategy.

  • Leadership & Team Building: Proven experience building, inspiring, and holding accountable high-performing UX teams, including developing design talent and managing leaders.
