๐ Primary Responsibilities

Replicate licensed partner graphics with high accuracy to maintain the authentic look and feel of sports merchandise for global fan bases.

Ensure aesthetic integrity of fonts, detailed graphics, and colour matching across multiple product categories (apparel, jerseys, headwear) to uphold licensed partner brand standards.

Support the creation of partner and buyer presentation materials, effectively communicating design intent and Fanatics' value proposition.

Adapt US market graphics for international audiences, preserving product quality and licensing accuracy for global market rollout.

Build technical graphics that support innovative machinery and evolving production processes, detailing specific template attributes for accurate replication.

Identify and accurately report conflicting data on art files and systems (item IDs, graphic codes, decoration types, colours) to prevent downstream production errors.

Execute decoration changes (size, technique modifications), including revision and reposting of updated vendor files, with accuracy and within deadlines.
