📈 Primary Responsibilities

Technical Execution Oversight: Lead and coordinate the development of detailed execution studies for major Data Center projects, ensuring all technical aspects are thoroughly addressed and integrated.

Constraint Management: Proactively identify and manage technical, safety, environmental, contractual, and financial constraints throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Study Organization & Validation: Establish efficient study production workflows, define validation circuits, and oversee the coordination of technical reviews (visas) and interface management.

Commercial Phase Support: Serve as the primary technical point of contact during the bid phase, contributing to the technical pricing, coordinating study inputs, and ensuring the optimization of project designs through innovative solutions.

Stakeholder Coordination: Manage and collaborate with external engineering design offices (BET), internal technical specialists, pricing teams, BIM coordinators, and legal experts to deliver cohesive project documentation and proposals.

Technical-Commercial Interface: Act as the key liaison between the Sales Manager and the Technical Team, facilitating clear communication and alignment on project requirements and solutions.

Techno-Economic Strategy: Contribute to the technical and economic structuring of operations, including programming, selection of design offices, and overall techno-economic strategy development.
