Email Marketing & Creative Direction: Spearhead content strategy and creative direction for all email campaigns, including product selection, storytelling angles, message framing, CTA optimization, and layout suggestions. Conduct thorough reviews of email copy and design to ensure brand alignment and effectiveness before deployment.

Website Content & Brand Experience: Drive the creative vision for the company website, encompassing homepage messaging, collection page narratives, product storytelling, promotional banner design, and announcement layouts. Maintain website hygiene by regularly checking for broken links, missing images, content inaccuracies, and formatting errors.

Social Media & Instagram Stories: Plan, design, and manage Instagram story content, ensuring premium, on-brand layouts and adherence to US audience posting schedules. Maintain a consistent and premium tone across all social media channels.

Campaign Ideation & Execution: Conceptualize and develop comprehensive campaigns for new arrivals, bestsellers, seasonal collections, product launches, and sales. This includes defining campaign names, creating mood boards, establishing visual direction, crafting compelling copy angles, and devising product presentation strategies.

Brand Consistency & Quality Control: Conduct comprehensive reviews of all outgoing brand content to ensure uniformity in titles, bullet points, product descriptions, website copy, email messaging, and banner copy. Uphold a premium brand voice across all customer touchpoints and proactively identify and rectify errors before content goes live.
