🚀 Role Summary

📈 Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the appointed Principal Designer, ensuring all client duties under CDM 2015 are meticulously fulfilled.

  • Orchestrate and manage the pre-construction phase, including the timely submission of F10 notifications to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

  • Deliver comprehensive advice to clients and project teams on health and safety matters and design risk management, spanning from initial feasibility through to project handover and the final Health and Safety File.

  • Ensure the design team's strict compliance with CDM 2015, actively reviewing and contributing to Design Risk Assessments.

Application Requirements

Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and health and safety legislation. An IOSH or Association for Project Safety qualification is preferred, alongside excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
