Problem & Opportunity
xCures recognized the importance of helping potential clients and partners quickly grasp the unique value of its patient and B2B platforms, designed to enhance healthcare decision-making and streamline patient engagement.
To achieve this, xCures aimed to effectively showcase the platform's capabilities and benefits early on, enabling prospective partners to see its potential. At the same time, xCures sought to gather essential feedback during these early stages, allowing for valuable product refinement and iteration even before the launch of key features.
Risk Reduction
Prototyping helped spot design and technical issues early, while being able to showcase the specific benefits and features to potential partners
User Feedback
The prototype allowed for gathering real user feedback and rapid iteration, resulting in refinements to the product to better meet customer needs.
Resource Efficiency
By prototyping, time and resources were saved in product development, sales, and marketing, ensuring additional investment went towards bringing the right product to the right end users.
Our solution
xCures developed a platform with an innovative interaction model that draws on its comprehensive suite of tools and expertise in data acquisition, structuring, and normalization to support real-time patient assessment needs critical for partner organizations. The platform is designed to provide a comprehensive view of the patient’s journey, including their medical history, treatment options, and outcomes, to help guide treatment decisions and improve patient outcomes.
Working with TDP on prototyping enabled xCures to validate demand and demonstrate the effectiveness of the platform in real-world scenarios, ensuring it effectively meets partner needs.
