Customer Challenge
Their mission was to eliminate the unnecessary hassle of event scheduling and management so users could focus on what was most important to them. They took action by creating a calendaring tool that complimented and enhanced everything users loved about Google and Microsoft technology.

Why TDP?
Big Health reached out to The Design Project because of our experience developing consumer-facing apps that prioritize an easy-to-use and engaging UX. With proven product design processes that put the human first, Big Health knew TDP could help them create a tool that compelled users to take control of their sleep health more consistently.
Woven saw a 30% surge in bookings
Results
Users now have an easy, clear, and highly-efficient calendaring tool that provides them with the options they want without unnecessary overwhelm. After the TDP redesign, Woven’s mobile app saw watched user return rates grow more than 42% of what they had before the redesign. Thanks to the TDP touch, Woven continued to build out the functionality of their scheduling tool—soon being acquired by Slack in April, 2021
