About Wellbe
Wellbe is a cloud-based platform that facilitates connected care between patients and healthcare providers. They have raised $12.8M in Series A.
With TDP's new designs, Wellbe saw a 20% increase in patients completing their required journey before surgery.
The Challenge
Wellbe needed an experience for patients preparing for surgery that would lead to more preparedness from the patients, and less questions for the providers. This would in turn save providers money and time.
We designed a mobile experience that was intuitive, results oriented and simple to follow.

Results
We delivered a user journey that could address the biggest painpoints patients have when preparing for surgery. This included a weekly tracker, easily digestible tasks and a check in chatbot to help keep patients on track. The results prove that a seamless step by step process leads to a substantial increase in patient preparedness.
