Summary
Vouch is dedicated to simplifying the hiring process for content creators and YouTubers. The aim was to create an interface that enables these professionals to easily post job openings and manage applications from a pool of followers for roles such as editors, producers, designers, writers, and others.

Customer Challenge
The primary challenge was to create a design flexible enough to accommodate ever-changing content. The solution involved developing multiple detailed placeholder states in Figma, each tailored to address potential content variations. Significant emphasis was placed on the management of development and QA to ensure the delivery of a fully functional product, exceeding the usual delivery of dev-ready designs.

User Persona

These users are entrepreneurial and tech-savvy, seeking streamlined tools that integrate seamlessly with their existing workflows.
UI Kit
We created a UI kit for Vouch that standardizes visual elements and interactions, ensuring a cohesive user experience. This kit includes essential components tailored to streamline the hiring process for content creators.
Responsive Design
A responsive design was created in order to ensure optimal usability across all devices, from desktops to smartphones. This flexibility enhances user engagement by providing a seamless experience regardless of screen size.
