Customer Challenge

Small Commercial and Residential are two separate teams, but they share the same development team. As David Energy grew, the differences between their interfaces became too significant, leading to a loss of cohesiveness and brand unity.

The Volt Design System resolved this issue. By serving as a single source of truth, it enabled both teams to increase their feature shipment speed, ensure consistency and brand fidelity, and facilitate a smoother workflow and cross-functional teamwork.
