02. The Challenge

SpotLyfe is developing a tool to enhance how they visualize and communicate user data. This innovative tool will provide leaders with detailed insights into their teams, enabling them to proactively address wellbeing concerns and enhance overall communication.

By leveraging this data, leaders can foster a more engaged and responsive workplace, tailor interventions to individual needs, and ultimately drive better organizational outcomes.

03. Design Process

Set the Problem & Research

We conducted research to understand the needs of team leaders and set clear goals. We had brainstorming sessions to develop concise solutions that solved the problem.

Design & Iterations

We created initial sketches and designs, working together to explore various approaches that best suited the needs of team leaders.

Testing

We gathered valuable insights by exposing our designs to real team leaders. Through their feedback, we assessed the impact and effectiveness of our solutions, iterating the designs based on it.

05. Intention Journeys

Multi-week programs designed to guide people through a curated selection of resources and activities. Intention Journeys are crafted to help improve the ability to navigate challenges of daily work and life effectively, while developing new skills in the different areas of peoples lives.

Intention Journeys are just a part of the features aiming to give people a higher quality of life.

06. Mobile Widgets

Acknowledging the vulnerability of users sharing personal information in our app, especially regarding their well-being and areas needing improvement, we made it easy for them to access and reflect on these aspects through their phones. For this same goal, we leveraged widgets as a means to enhance connection and engagement with SpotLyfe.
