While not a traditional Revenue Operations or Sales Operations role, the focus on conversion optimization, landing page performance, and data capture for campaign effectiveness aligns with GTM operations principles.
๐ Primary Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain responsive landing pages and web content for assigned brand areas using WordPress and related tools, adhering to best practices for usability, accessibility, and performance.

Utilize the organization's shared design system and component library to ensure visual and functional consistency across broader site architecture.

Implement pages and features that meet established performance budgets and Core Web Vitals standards, ensuring optimal loading times and user experience.

Ensure new pages and features are correctly instrumented for tracking per organizational data-layer standards, in partnership with web developers and the data/reporting team.

Implement and manage experimentation on department-owned pages (A/B, multivariate testing) using the organization's designated testing/personalization platform to identify and address friction points and improve engagement and conversion.

Set up and manage multi-armed bandit testing where appropriate to automatically optimize traffic allocation to better-performing treatments.
-
Ensure every campaign, product page, and conversion path is launched with a testing/optimization plan by default.

Partner with the Marketing Cloud Personalization lead to implement personalized experiences and ensure their performance is properly tested.

Monitor and report on test results and treatment performance, feeding learnings into future web development and optimization efforts.

Participate in the organization's link/page monitoring process and resolve flagged issues within assigned pages promptly.
-
Support content and marketing teams with hands-on execution of landing pages, campaign pages, and product pages, including the presentation of video-first content.

Bring department-specific priorities and technical needs into the Web Developer's cross-team coordination process, including sprint planning and RFCs.

Participate in code/technical reviews with cross-team web developers to maintain architectural consistency.

Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical issues on department-owned pages.

Build functional pages and templates from wireframes, mockups, or campaign requirements, ensuring alignment with brand standards and user experience expectations.

Implement and maintain front-end web functionality, interactive features, and page components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.

Support content personalization, gated content access, and user authentication experiences where applicable.

Conduct quality assurance through cross-browser, cross-device, and mobile testing, correcting issues directly or coordinating with appropriate technical stakeholders.

Optimize landing pages, articles, and other digital content for search visibility and discoverability by applying current SEO and GEO best practices.

Research keywords, search intent, metadata, headings, schema, and other on-page optimization elements to improve organic performance.

Monitor search rankings, traffic trends, and content performance for assigned brand areas and recommend technical and content improvements.

Improve website speed, functionality, and reliability through image optimization, performance enhancements, plugin management, and related web maintenance practices.

Publish and format articles, reviews, and other digital content in WordPress, ensuring clean rendering and alignment with brand and editorial standards.

Build, configure, and maintain web forms and related integrations to support accurate data capture and campaign effectiveness.

Research, test, configure, and maintain plugins, tools, and web features that improve site functionality, reliability, and conversion performance.

Maintain version control and development workflow practices appropriate to assigned web projects and updates.

Provide subject matter expertise and administrative support for WordPress and related digital tools used by assigned brands.

Use the organization's shared design system and approved WordPress components whenever appropriate, avoiding unnecessary duplication or department-specific solutions.

Translate approved designs, wireframes, and requirements into responsive, accessible, and maintainable WordPress experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and established development patterns.

Configure page layouts, forms, media, metadata, redirects, and reusable content elements while preserving content quality, technical SEO, accessibility, and website performance.

Follow established source-control, code-review, testing, staging, release, documentation, and post-deployment validation processes.

Test WordPress changes for functionality, responsive behavior, browser compatibility, accessibility, analytics, technical SEO, and regression issues before release.

Application Requirements
