  • Translate complex technical and business requirements into effective research designs that yield relevant and actionable insights.

  • Act as a key advocate for user insights, guiding product and business teams on how to effectively leverage data and research findings to inform strategic decisions and product roadmaps.

  • Communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and persuasively to a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of best practices, research methodologies, and frameworks to enhance research efficiency and impact across the organization.

  • Foster a strong "customer-first" culture by consistently advocating for user needs and promoting a shared understanding of customer perspectives.
