Partner with Design, Product Management, and other Researchers to prioritize research opportunities, aligning them with business objectives in a dynamic environment.

Develop comprehensive research plans, defining appropriate methodologies (e.g., interviews, surveys, diary studies, workshops, usability testing) to address specific product and business questions.

Independently lead and execute both generative research to explore new opportunities and understand user needs, and evaluative research to test and refine existing products and features.

Deepen the understanding of the target audience for J.P. Morgan Personal Investing's products, services, and features, refining personas and user journey maps.

Translate complex technical and business requirements into effective research designs that yield relevant and actionable insights.

Act as a key advocate for user insights, guiding product and business teams on how to effectively leverage data and research findings to inform strategic decisions and product roadmaps.

Communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and persuasively to a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Contribute to the development and refinement of best practices, research methodologies, and frameworks to enhance research efficiency and impact across the organization.

Application Requirements
