Design and develop intuitive, visually effective, and user-friendly front-end interfaces for Deswik's web-based mining software applications.

Translate complex technical and functional requirements into clear, structured web interfaces that cater to end-users and facilitate interpretation of multi-source data.

Establish and maintain consistent visual design standards, style guides, and reusable component libraries across all applications.

Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure seamless integration of designs and adherence to usability best practices.

Continuously evaluate and refine published web interfaces based on user feedback, usage data, and evolving application requirements to enhance usability and visual clarity.

๐ Primary Responsibilities

Plan, design, and develop responsive, user-centric web interfaces for Deswik's suite of mining software products, ensuring optimal user experience.

Create detailed page structures, screen layouts, and intuitive navigation systems to enhance ease of use and efficient access to critical mining data.

Develop compelling visual design elements, including color schemes, typography, spacing, iconography, and overall visual hierarchy, aligned with brand guidelines.

Produce high-quality, production-ready design artifacts such as detailed mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and reusable interface components for front-end development.

Translate complex technical specifications and functional requirements into clear, visually structured web interfaces tailored for mining professionals and decision-makers.

Design effective methods for integrating and presenting complex data from diverse sources to support clear interpretation and informed decision-making in mining operations.

Establish and maintain consistent visual design standards and a comprehensive component library across all Deswik applications to ensure a unified user experience.

Generate detailed design specifications for front-end implementation
Application Requirements
Requires 3+ years of UI/UX or Web Design experience, preferably in a technical environment, with proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Skills in Typescript, React, and a background in human factors or psychology are highly regarded.
