📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain an obsessive focus on interaction and interface details, ensuring a polished, intuitive, and highly usable end-product.

• Serve as a key strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and Operations counterparts, providing design leadership and contributing to product strategy discussions.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure efficient and accurate implementation of designs, actively participating in QA processes to uphold design integrity.

• Drive continuous improvement by defining key success metrics, analyzing post-launch performance data (quantitative and qualitative feedback), and iterating on designs to optimize user experience and business outcomes.

• Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing design team environment, and contributing to the establishment and refinement of design best practices.
