📈 Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptual development and end-to-end creative execution for paid media campaigns, encompassing ideation, design, and asset delivery for Meta, Google Ads, Affiliate, and App channels.

  • Translate overarching brand objectives and granular performance insights into scalable creative concepts and frameworks, ensuring brand consistency across diverse platforms, audiences, and markets.

  • Drive A/B testing, creative iteration, and ongoing optimization strategies based on robust performance data analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Proactively manage the planning, prioritization, and structuring of creative projects, simplifying complex workflows into scalable processes and clear, outcome-focused deliverables.

  • Own and evolve the creative automation setup within Smartly.io, including building modular Figma templates, managing feeds, and defining conditional logic to boost efficiency, scalability, and creative quality.

  • Identify and implement innovative solutions, including AI and new tools, to enhance team processes and creative output, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.

Application Requirements

Requires a degree in Graphic or Media Design and over 5 years of experience in digital design for performance marketing. Must be proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and automation platforms like Smartly.io.
