Lead the conceptual development and end-to-end creative execution for paid media campaigns, encompassing ideation, design, and asset delivery for Meta, Google Ads, Affiliate, and App channels.

Translate overarching brand objectives and granular performance insights into scalable creative concepts and frameworks, ensuring brand consistency across diverse platforms, audiences, and markets.

Drive A/B testing, creative iteration, and ongoing optimization strategies based on robust performance data analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Proactively manage the planning, prioritization, and structuring of creative projects, simplifying complex workflows into scalable processes and clear, outcome-focused deliverables.

Own and evolve the creative automation setup within Smartly.io, including building modular Figma templates, managing feeds, and defining conditional logic to boost efficiency, scalability, and creative quality.
