🚀 Role Summary

• Drive the visual evolution of Solflare's brand identity across all digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and memorable user experience.

• Conceptualize and execute high-impact creative campaigns for product launches, marketing initiatives, and social media engagement, translating briefs into compelling visual narratives.

• Develop and maintain scalable visual systems, including templates and libraries, to enhance creative production efficiency and maintain brand integrity.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Marketing, and Product Design, to elevate brand presence and deliver cohesive GTM strategies.

• Utilize and evaluate modern creative tools, including generative AI, to augment hands-on craft and optimize design workflows.

📝 Enhancement Note: This role is a senior, hands-on individual contributor focused on brand expression and execution, rather than people management or a full rebrand. The emphasis is on intelligently extending an existing strong identity across diverse formats.
