📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the complete design lifecycle for complex AI product workflows, from conceptualization through execution, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.

• Conduct in-depth discovery activities, including user journey mapping, insight gathering, and problem definition, to identify design opportunities within AI and automation contexts.

• Develop end-to-end UX/UI solutions, encompassing information architecture, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs, with meticulous attention to edge cases and technical constraints.

• Execute user research and usability testing methodologies to validate design decisions and gather feedback for iterative improvements on AI-driven tools.

• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with product management, engineering, and AI/operations teams to ensure seamless integration of technical concepts into approachable and effective user experiences.

• Maintain design integrity and alignment with engineering through detailed design specifications, iterative reviews, and rigorous design quality assurance.
