Design core product experiences for a B2B platform and a consumer app, from initial exploration and user research through to launch and ongoing iteration.

Develop polished, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user trust and clearly articulate the value of Pogo's data and AI capabilities.

Meticulously refine all aspects of the user interface, including layout, typography, color palettes, motion design, and interaction patterns.

Collaborate closely with engineering and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, acting as a key cross-functional partner.

Actively participate in defining the product roadmap, providing design insights and strategic vision.

Establish and evolve Pogo's design language, design systems, and overall design culture from its early stages.
