  • Meticulously refine all aspects of the user interface, including layout, typography, color palettes, motion design, and interaction patterns.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, acting as a key cross-functional partner.

  • Actively participate in defining the product roadmap, providing design insights and strategic vision.

  • Establish and evolve Pogo's design language, design systems, and overall design culture from its early stages.

  • Ship high-quality design work efficiently within a dynamic startup setting, adapting to changing priorities and ambiguities.

Application Requirements
