  • Translate intricate clinical logic, AI-generated insights, and data-intensive workflows into clear, accessible, and human-centred interfaces.

  • Actively contribute to, and help mature, the company's design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency, as well as scalability across diverse web and mobile platforms.

  • Lead or support lightweight user research initiatives, including interviews, usability testing sessions, and workflow observations, with NHS clinicians and patients.

  • Synthesize insights derived from customer support, customer success interactions, and direct clinical feedback to inform continuous product experience improvements.

  • Proactively identify friction
