Lead the design process for Arbor's core product, from initial concept and user research through to high-fidelity mockups and final implementation.

Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems that ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across the product.

Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and market research to deeply understand customer pain points and inform design strategies.

Collaborate with product management and engineering to define product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

Design data visualizations and dashboards that effectively communicate complex AI-generated insights to enterprise stakeholders.

Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
