  • Lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and research to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation, for complex digital and physical customer experiences.

  • Map complex front-stage and back-stage interactions across multiple channels, platforms, and user journeys, ensuring seamless and intuitive user flows.

  • Leverage critical thinking, data, research insights, scalability considerations, and technical constraints to inform design decisions and ensure inclusive, customer-centered solutions.

  • Apply insights on customers, competitors, and market trends to shape product and process strategies, influencing a shared point of view across teams and stakeholders.

  • Integrate understanding of technology, data capabilities, and emerging technologies (including AI) to inform design work, help cross-functional teams move faster, and navigate technical limitations.

  • Foster strong partnerships across lines of business and the organization to share solutions, incorporate diverse perspectives, and bridge information gaps to drive product strategy.

  • Communicate design frameworks, data, and research insights effectively to articulate a compelling point of view and influence strategic decision-making at senior leadership levels.
