Translate design concepts into detailed technical specifications, artwork, and comprehensive product documentation using Adobe Creative Suite.

Manage and review product samples against established specifications, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and uncompromising quality throughout the development process.

Support the creation and refinement of packaging, tags, care labels, Point-of-Sale (POS) displays, and related product marketing collateral.

Maintain accurate product information, including critical paths, product codes, color descriptions, and material specifications, ensuring data integrity for downstream operations.

Collaborate closely with the Buying department and wider Design teams to facilitate seamless product launches and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.

Actively contribute to product innovation initiatives and explore personalization opportunities to enhance customer engagement and product offering.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging lifestyle product innovations, sharing actionable insights with the design and wider commercial teams.

Provide clear and regular project updates to Senior Designers and relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely communication of progress, potential risks, and resolutions.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the design and product development workflow, contributing to overall team efficiency and operational excellence.
