  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging lifestyle product innovations, sharing actionable insights with the design and wider commercial teams.

  • Provide clear and regular project updates to Senior Designers and relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely communication of progress, potential risks, and resolutions.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the design and product development workflow, contributing to overall team efficiency and operational excellence.
