π Primary Responsibilities

Own and drive the global value-added products roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment with the HelloFresh Group's meal kit business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Order Value (AOV) and customer retention.

Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-market customization strategy, identifying and implementing opportunities for tailoring recipes to diverse dietary needs and enabling ingredient-level customization at scale.

Design and build robust systems for the efficient sharing and scaling of successful customization types across various global business units, fostering knowledge transfer and operational efficiency.

Analyze the performance of existing customization initiatives, developing detailed business cases and actionable improvement plans to drive commercial growth and optimize customer engagement.

Strategize and reposition the surcharge recipe portfolio by defining a compelling premium value proposition, enhancing customer perception, and driving engagement with higher-value menu options.
