📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design of complex, end-to-end product experiences for Venn's B2B fintech platform, encompassing user research, conceptualization, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

• Drive the strategic development and refinement of Venn's design system, advocating for best practices in pattern creation, component standardization, and visual consistency across all product touchpoints.

• Actively participate in product strategy sessions, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure design solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
