📈 Primary Responsibilities

  • Spearhead UX improvements with the primary goal of increasing job applications, user registrations, and overall platform engagement.

  • Own the development and execution of a comprehensive UX roadmap, ensuring it is strategically aligned with key commercial priorities and business objectives.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, leveraging data to pinpoint friction points and understand drop-off rates across critical user journeys.

  • Establish and manage a rigorous A/B and multivariate testing program to systematically identify, validate, and deploy high-impact UX enhancements.

  • Define, monitor, and optimize conversion funnels, from initial search queries through job view pages and the final application flows.

  • Apply front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, React/Next.js) to rapidly implement and iterate on UX/UI improvements, enabling quick deployment cycles.
