Financial Services industries.</span></li><li dir="ltr" style="margin:0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.38;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Analyze and design solutions for products and services by helping to improve and create models, concepts, and design elements (e.g., user flows, scenarios, personas, interactions, content, visuals, etc.) following established design objectives, principles, and standards.</span></li><li dir="ltr" style="margin:0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.38;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Lead conversations with Auxo’s customers, interpret vague input, and drive clarity with senior business stakeholders.</span></li><li dir="ltr" style="margin:0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.38;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Drive UX initiatives within customer implementation projects, setting deliverables & timelines, managing multiple initiatives and leading prioritization with stakeholders.</span></li><li dir="ltr" style="margin:0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.38;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Understand business objectives and how they relate to user experience, while clearly communicating the rationale.</span></li><li dir="ltr" style="margin:0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.38;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Leverage and use repeatable tools, templates, process documentation, and communication plans for various programs and efforts (i.e. Figma, Canva, XD, etc.)</span></li><li dir="ltr" style="margin:0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.38;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Be able to create end-to-end workflows, including user journeys, task analysis, wireframing, prototyping, and evaluative research methods for clients.</span></li><li dir="ltr" style="margin:0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.38;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Collaborate on or participate in research on user behavior, and translate them into user stories, user journey
